USB lead length connecting phones

Does anyone know what length USB lead is best for connecting your phone to the car? I have seen 10cm & 20cm leads and want a lead that is easy to use but doesn’t have a cable flapping around.

Does anyone know what length USB lead is best for connecting your phone to the car? I have seen 10cm & 20cm leads and want a lead that is easy to use but doesn’t have a cable flapping around.

I got a 3m lead from amazon and ran it from the USB ports in front and took apart the trim and back of arm rest and ran it straight to arm rest so I can shut my phone in there. You can’t see any cables at all! Car play works fine. I’ll try get some photos later but the trim is so easy to pop off and clip back on. Far better than having messy cables everywhere!

Also there is plenty of extra lead which is ticket behind the back of the arm rest trim (hidden away) which you can pull out if you need extra cable length and it just pushes back in with ease
