you don't actually need any mods to go stage 1. The beauty of the 2.0 tsi engine lol. what's your plans for it?

i know mate just thought it would be more beneficial, probably wont go anymore than stage 1, getting a hybrid mount for sure, then wanting an induction kit.
ahh right. I got the ram air kit after the stage one. it's probably the cheapest of the lot but I only got it for the induction noise.

Tip, drop in filter (k&n or pipercross for ex.), snow grate removal and tweak of factory intake using the golf r part and some dremel work is good enough if you do not go far above 500go. Tip from cts is about 80euro, drop 60euro kn or 25 euro for pipercross, golf r cover is is about 15 euro, dremel work should not take more than 1h including mount/dismount work

Then to make it nice and avoid the sticker bit you need the oem cover:

As a starter take out the snowgrate.
With good drop in this gives results on vr600 intake level. I run it now at 470hp and works perfect.
