They’ve been ok but could be better with responding to emails etc i had to do a lot of chasing.
It’s my first time PCH with a broker but they all seem to be the same with hearing on here.

Still doesn't exist on a lot of companies websites.. Direct Line didn't have it but they were happy to insure it once I actually spoke to them. Do a quote for a 300 and then give them a call. Esure definitely insure them.

I knew a number on here have got cars from her on lease - I actually have my 3rd on order (Cupra ST4drive Lux) due in March.
It'll certainly depend on your individual circumstances/case as it's a dealer fit accessory that can come to a total cost close to £800 if you're not careful. It's not something they'll just hand out for a typical delay it seems.

Does he have a MY19? With a GPF?
Would like to know if the current method is still valid on the new model.
The GPF will be near the cat and part of the engine and down pipe. So I doubt the cat back will be any different. Downpipes however.
Has anyone with their MY19's noticed that wheel hop seems to be a lot less prevalent than in previous Cupra iterations?
My 290 Black Edition (with Conti 5P's) used to buck and jump around like a child high on E-numbers. This MY19, also on 5P's, barely does it at all and sometimes just spins the wheel smoothly with no hop - it feels like my old 290 did when fitted with PS4S's in that respect.

Wonder if they have upgraded the Dog Mount??
I also have a 290 BE on 5P's and the wheel hop feels like it will break the car! I recently had a slow puncture so swapped the 5P's on the front to the rear and the Goodyear Eagle F1's that were fitted a year ago from the back to the front - the car feels so much more planted and acceleration in low gears has much reduced wheel hop, though it is still noticeable.
Those 5P's must be a pile of sh*t and cheap as chips for SEAT to use them this long!!
Does anyone have more videos on the sound for the 290 MY19 Cupra with GPF? Would also be good to hear a de resonated one if anyone has done this yet?

I've just recorded some static and on the move footage from inside the car of my MY19 - no res delete.
I need to edit it a little or else it's just 10 minutes of driving around town with about 15s of usable footage!
Looks really smart! I'm confused with the copper badges...there were photos of a Cupra 290 delivered about 2 days ago, same spec as mine, with silver badging - can somebody confirm whether mine will have silver or copper badges? Bit confused now

What build week is your car? I think it’s any built before week 42 will have no copper then Bw 42 onwards will have the copper
Ahh I see - haven't had my BW confirmed yet so looks like I'm getting a Copra haha - does it still have red calipers or have they scrapped those as well as the flags?
