Maxton Design got 2 new designs for the facelift Mk3 (3.5)
I’m torn between one of these 2 and the Rieger- anyone got one of these 2 above? If so what are they like to fit? I’ve heard that the Rieger fits like a glove and even uses the existing bumper holes for ease of fitment.
Can’t speak for the Maxton splitters but I recently fitted the Rieger one and it was a piece of cake. IMO it fits snug to the body and looks the business. I went for the gloss black one.
How does it fit, is it removable?
I'm wondering if this would fit the carbon edition...https://www.maxtondesign.co.uk/body...cupra/front-splitter-v1-seat-leon-mk3.5-cupra

I doubt it but why would you want to? The carbon edition splitter is the best of the lot- It doesn’t need anything else IMO.I'm wondering if this would fit the carbon edition...

Its not as low as the others, as fits on the front of the bumper, not underneath. So makes the front end higher off the ground.I doubt it but why would you want to? The carbon edition splitter is the best of the lot- It doesn’t need anything else IMO.
I can see what you mean, I think you’ll struggle to find one that protrudes as far out as your carbon, personally I think it looks great as is- something underneath on yours wouldn’t look right IMOIts not as low as the others, as fits on the front of the bumper, not underneath. I don’t have the part number but it is the same part.@Damo H
Would you be able to do me a favour please and let me know the part no for your carbon front splitter? I'm trying to see whether there is a difference between the R and the carbon edition. Cheers

11.Out of 10 how sure are you? As it looks like there are recessed holes in the Cupra R Splitter to screw through to the arches.
Just realised the rest of my response was missing!
Reigar for facelift, TRC for pre faceliftI dread to think how much a replacement R/Carbon splitter would cost
I can’t decide between the Rieger or the Triple R for my 2015 model. The reiger seems almost a bit too plain from the photos I’ve seen
