Personally I don’t want the central rev counter... I like the one with the revs and speed curved around the sides..

I JUST WANT MY JEFFING CAR TO BE GIVEN A REG BY THE DVLA WITHOUT A “COMPUTER SAYS NO” ERROR MESSAGE.

Ok...I’ve calmed down now.

Piss take this now!! Was hoping mine to be delivered next week but now it’s looking like the week after now

Have you had any kind of news from IMG or are you speculating it's going to be later?

Let's just remember why we're being so patient

Mines coming from Bradford jct600.

They’ve been trying to register the vehicle since Monday with no luck. Waiting on Seat to resolve a issue with the system stopping the dealerships registering the cars. We know what Seat are like!!!

Car Length In Front
Ive heard the 0-60 time is slower on the 7 spd comapred to the 290 6 spd
Not sure if this is a wind up or not. Will the 7 speed be more economical to get the car through WLTP? Will it have as high a torque rating of the 6 speed, but is it also heavier so impacts on 0-60?

Who knows I'm just here with my spoon lol

From my calculations it just has a higher top ratio. (1-6 are almost the same)
Torque rating is a little higher.
Unless the gearbox is substantially heavier, or they have fitted crap tyres it shouldn't make any difference...

And don’t forget to mute ALL the sound

Good news! I happened to be talking to my local SEAT dealership and asked out the exhaust noise on the new release of cars.
Apparently, all new Cupras are being supplied with a roll of special extra-large bubble bubblewrap included.
All you need to add is a passenger with a good sense of timing who can pop the bubbles on the overrun.
New rolls can be supplied by your parts department.:duck:

Might start a business adding fuel tanks to peoples boots, and a switch that drops a few drops of petrol in the end of the exhaust every now and then

Think my dealer is having paperwork issues as well and has handed the issue to the brand manager to sort out. Sounds like it is an issue with seats systems. I think it's getting transported to the dealer soon so should be there next week.

The great thing about the bubble wrap, is that owners of lesser Leons such as my missus can buy the rolls from the dealer and therefore have Cupra mode in her FR. She already has the DSG farts covered ( even though her car is a manual) :-o
