Very quick in my experience, they literally just ask for the SLI and your name and they can bring the details up.
If you're really that short on time you can email [email protected] but they'll reply slower.

I heard from a good source at Seat that they've specially clad your car in hand beaten copper body panels.

Then they told me my order hadn't been accepted by the factory yet!
Seat CS just called me back to say that they don’t know what ship my car would be shipped on and can’t say until it docks in the UK...then I can track the ship so see when it arrives.

I would say we will find out soon but they've probably not got a clue what's even on the ship .
