Got pulled over yesterday because I got to 60 quicker than the police so they thought I know, let's try and get him to admit he was doing 75 in a 60, even though he was using cruise control and has a dashcam.

Nice try, just don't lie to my face and then tell me that you're going to prosecute me for arguing back.

Oh yeah. They were next to me at some lights with no one in front of me, I didn't even put my foot down all the way haha.

Just pes you off that some people have so much power and can just outright lie to you for some kind of power trip.

Just glad they didn't fine me and I'd have to deal with messing around in court proving my innocence.

I had similar zedlor a few years ago. I accelerated on a road that goes to one lane from two and pulled infront of a police car. He didn’t like this and started driving really quickly up to my bumper and then started driving like a ****. At the next set of lights he pulled up next to me and said do I know what speed I was doing. I said less than the speed limit because I know there is a speed camera and we both passed it. He said I was speeding and I needed to calm down. Wish I had taken it further now, but you can’t win with these tossers on a power trip.

I have a facelift without wireless charging and I don't have it. I quite like my open cubby hole though, use it quite a lot so I'd have the door open mist of the time anyway even if I did have it.

Haha they told me to calm down too. I really wanted to say okay then, prosecute me, I've got evidence of no wrongdoing, but you don't know what's going to happen. Take you to court and they see some young lad with a fast car and they're not going to give you any leeway. Not that I look like a yobbo with Adidas tracksuits on.

I think it was standard on cars with the MDI/USB port in the glovebox before they moved the USB to the centre console.

Don't know when they moved it to the centre or because of what optional feature as Damo's preface doesn't have it.

Mine is June 2013. USB and MMI are both in the glove box and I don't have any wireless charging. Looks like a ball ache of a mod though if anyone wanted to retro fit it. Think the hinge mechanism is part of the dash /console housing.
Seems to be another one of those "whatever they had in stock" when they were being built.

In my Ibiza there was a roller switch next to the headlight/fog light switch

In a Leon with LED headlights there is no roller switch as the headlights are meant to be self levelling, mine seem slightly too low.
