I'm with gateway2lease as well, I am being told the end of November (and have been told the same thing for over a month now).

I have no more information other than the supplying dealer chain.
Is that November build or delivery?

I have an order for an St 4drive (on 28th Feb), and I've been told that the estimate is week 42-44 (mid to late October) for build, but i have also beetntold that it could be anywhere between 3 and 6 weeks after that for delivery. So could be anywhere from Mid November to early December delivery. And thats assuming those weeks for build are accurate based on completing WLTP and my car being among the fist to be produced.

I'm almost starting to think Seat'll organise comeone to bring it as a Christmas present.. lol

I don't have an order number but the broker has been top notch with communication and pushed for compensation for the power change without me asking. Ultimately they are only relaying information they get from the dealer, but they do push for information weekly and update me. Been told to hopefully expect a build date this coming week. Ordered on May 7th. Really looking forward to the car.

Not yet mate. Last time I rang SEAT was on Friday. I'll be ringing again tomorrow or Tuesday.

What about yourself?
My last update was on Wednesday and it was still unconfirmed.

My case manager said she was hopeful I'll have a confirmed build week the next time she calls on the 22nd.

Also my dealership did say they manually check weekly and will update me if anything changes.

Keep us posted mate..

Still no news from our order back in Feb, contacted Seat CS and they have assigned us a case manager as there is still no build date showing. Waiting for a call back once they have investigated it.

Looks like they have missed both July delivery dates and probably now the October 1st one.

The only thing keeping me sane is the thought that if it is delayed longer we may get the winter pack.

There's a few people on her including myself who ordered in February, mine was due in July then September and now october/November. You will get the winter pack on top of anything else you already ordered but the car will be 290 if its a hatchback. They will offer you compensation aswell.

What is the compensation for?

What is interesting is that some of the options such as Full Link is also standard now on the Cupra, will anyone that has ordered that as an option get a refund on that?

Mine is due in November according to my broker, but SEAT have no build date for it yet, I am not sure how far build slots are in the future.

Yeah, I am hoping for compensation and aware that it is a 290 which I am now over.

I am just hoping there are no further knock on changes due to emissions such as a different exhaust note, acceleration figures etc :(

They offer compensation for the delay if you have been waiting way beyond what you were originally told, unsure if folk who have went through a broker can get this but if you have ordered directly through seat then that's what they do when you complain through seat customer services.

Full link has been standard on the CUPRA in the UK for a while.
No don't expect a refund. Your order should be price protected.

I've ordered the winter pack which will apparently be a standard feature. I'll not get refunded the cost of the option. Obviously there are the lucky ones who'll get it thrown in for free.

I think the full link must have been standard for a while.. I have a 65 reg FR at the moment (waiting for my Cupra ST) and that had it as standard..

The winter pack is standard on MY19 cars, and I suspect that pretty much everyone must have been changed over now, judging by the comments. My understanding is that the MY19 price increase is more than the cost of the winter pack, so the price protection means you are paying less than you would have if you had had it as an option anyway..

I just wish they’d added the KESSY as I wanted that (although I believe I am in the minority) bust as a top of the range model, I’d have expected it as standard, as its on one of the FR editions below..

Just had a call from SEAT CS.

I ordered on June 9th from IMG SEAT Warrington.

Mystery Blue 5 Door DSG, Standard with no additional options.

Confirmed build week 39, looking at Mid-November delivery.

Gotta say that's much earlier than I anticipated.

I think it’s those of us who’ve ordered the ST 4Drive who are being screwed at the moment.. not sure...
Yeah it seems lots of 5dr are getting build dates but despite being told id have a build date the other week my ST4wd still has nothing. Hope that changes soon!

When I placed the order for mine it was a £150 option.

I thought it was wierd when I was choosing my spec on the lease company sites, as they all listed the full-link as an option as I had it as standard on a lower car 3 years ago, but when I looked at rep the price list on the seat site, it was listed as standard.. although again, I was looking at the ST 4Drive, not the 5 door or manuals at the time..

I ignored the paint cost as everyone throws it in for free anyway..

Personally though, I hate apple car play, so I just use Bluetooth and not the full-link anyway..

Full Link has been standard on CUPRA since the 290, so anyone that paid extra for it on a 300 order placed in 2018 doesn't deserve a refund!
