Battery size/relocation

Hey guys,

I’m in the process of converting my cupra into a track toy. Currently in the process of relocating the battery.
All is going well apart from me being lazy, does anyone know a try that will fit the battery?
I forgot to measure it and now the car is under a cover so becomes a pain!

I'm going to do the battery in the boot soon too. Way I thought about it is...strap it down, if shite hits the fan the last thing I want is that moving/flying about so as a lorry driver I know a good strap bolted down will hold it in place and will not fail when really needed. Some tray I couldn't trust.

5 ton strap will hold that down till the end of time. Machine mart do some nice one's and are solid. Just need to chop ends off and nut,blots and some good washers. Small Handel ratchet will be ideal and there are ones you can have longer ends on the ratchet part of the strap so done with the ratchet would sit on top of the battery and the straps run down right next to the battery to hold it firm. Hope you get what I mean. I'm tired and I do go on when sleepy

I’m with you

Obviously only thing to make sure is the handle doesn’t short but that should be an easy one

I’m gonna have a look into it
