Put my order in this week for a Cupra 300 in Mystery Blue (originally desire red). So impressed with the level of standard spec after coming from a 2014 Audi A3 with barely any optional extras.

Also got my local dealer in Peterborough to match the £259 (including vat) offer per month based on a 2 year lease. Added an extra 2000 miles so price came to £268.12 a month and no £180 admin fee like Seat IMG wanted. Bonus!

Just been on the phone with Seat UK, they have said mine is waiting at the Dock in spain to be shipped over, ordered 9th September so looks like a quick turnaround if true and should have it early Jan.

I’ve ordered the same colour and box, and added ACC as an option (not sure how well it will work with a manual though). Ordered early November, and been given a provisional build week of 12. On a separate note (yes this topic has been killed already  ) , I’m hearing conflicting info from the dealer/Seat UK regarding the virtual cockpit; Seat have said that I needed to have ordered after the 20th AND the car needs to be built after week 1, dealer isn’t so sure that’ll be the case and think it could be on any cupra built after BW1, regardless of order date... We’ll see if mine comes with it I guess!

I feel very lucky. Ordered on 14th November, provisional BW 02. I would really like to virtual cockpit but can't seem to find any hard facts around it, some saying it will, some saying it won't. Got my lease deal at £300 exactly inc VAT with no upfront payment, 2 years 12,000 miles, so think I got a good deal?!

4-5 weeks I was told but more likely 3-4 weeks.

Yeah when it moves fast enough around 4 weeks! Things can slow right down at 'port of exit' though so could be longer.

As my current cars PCP deal finishes the end of May next year, I've re-ordered my Cupra
Sticking with mystery blue

I've been quoted April/May delivery which will fit perfectly in for me TBH

Got the same deal as I did for my August order too
(PCH 1+23, £249 / month for 24 months, no deposit, 8000 miles / year)

I know this has potentially been covered (and a hot topic) so sorry if it's old news! But I had the official bulletin from Seat yesterday regarding the digital dash.

"Factory orders placed from 20th November and built in January 2018 onwards will receive the digital cockpit"

My car was ordered on 16th November so i've asked for a new SLi order number!

There is also information regarding a price DROP on 5th December. I have a copy of the bulletin if anyone wants a read?

Price drop on the actual car? Seems odd.

Yes I thought so, check it out:

"All Cupra models will benefit from lower prices effective Tuesday 5th December to strengthen our competitive position within the hot hatch segment."

However I guess it doesn't mean that the personal lease prices will be lower or any better. I've asked for an update on 5th December so I can look at the rates again. :)

After ordering in early September :-

'Hi,

The car now has a build date scheduled for the week commencing 8th January. The car should take around 3-4 weeks to arrive, so we should see it by early February. If this should change I will let you know.

Kind regards,
Chris Clark

Now I just need to ask if it will have the digital cockpit, that would be nice!

I wonder how many people who have suffered with ridiculous lead times will be demanding virtual cockpit as a gesture of goodwill if their car is being built after week 2.

Also if the price does come down slightly, imagine the work the dealers will have to do to re-stack all their orders!
