Where did you get that from? Was it hard to fit?

Ebay mate: https://www.ebay.co.uk/p/silent-coa...-foam-tiles/1332013129?_trksid=p2047675.l2644

I've ordered this for the spare wheel well and main boot floor as it will be taking the weight of anything in there so figured it would be better for that application.

Pretty easy to do - just unscrew and then unclip the plastic panels before the carpet and you gain access to the bare metal behind them.

Anyone know where i can buy keys accessories? Like key cover's and Keychain for seat leon fr.

Have a look on AliExpress - there are all sorts of goodies there and they cost beans. So far quality of stuff I've ordered has been really good and it arrived far quicker than the predicted time.

This key is looking worse for wear with the buttons deeply indented.
If a new shell (not a cover) was available, I would fit one.

i know you say not a cover but this ain't been that bad the time its been on

You could try get a 3d model made up of it and get it printed at these shops that have started doing it

I might try scan it later and try a test print on my 3d printer

Maybe this would help? It sticks straight over the original key. It's also an official SEAT item.

I had the same. Not 3 months old but one of my rear tyres that still had 5mm tread left. Took it to get repaired yesterday but turned out I also had a split on the inner wall. So had to take a whole new tyre

Never had a tyre repaired before - I'm due to drive to Italy and back in a few weeks, hoping it'll be fine. The screw is dead centre so I've been told it's an easy repair.

Try national tyres in chorley near Morrisons. I've used them before for puncture repair. As long as foreign body is in tread area you should repair no issue

Today, me and my Cupra 280 came home for the first time...love it! It's a pretty big step up coming from an Alfa MiTo with a 2 cylinder turbo engine! It's got a panoramic sunroof as well which I think makes it look even better.

Anything anyone would recommend me looking at first? I've got an OBDEleven on the way to make some little changes, I remember seeing a modification to enable the needle sweep but it already has that? And the mirrors moving downwards when reversing also seems to already be enabled in the car settings.

I just want to go driving all day in it, shame it's bank holiday weekend so everywhere will be chockablock!

Speed awareness course - insurance implications?

Well did it last Sunday actually but the proof only turned up yesterday. Yep, picked up my first speeding ticket after having a licence for 49 years. Well annoyed with myself as I spotted the guy from some way off, checked my speed was OK (only coasting at the time) but failed to adjust for a slight downgrade so had picked up a few mph by the time I was in range.

Received the notice the day before going on holiday so drove the Leon today for first time since. On the same route too - half expecting cops with speed guns to pop out from every bush! Anyway, waiting in the post on my return from hol was a letter telling me if I attend a Speed Awareness Course I will not be prosecuted for the alleged offence.

Now I know everyone on here drives like a saint :lol:but wondered if anyone had any experience of these and the insurance implications in particular? What I've read suggests that while you MUST declare a conviction, you don't have to mention a course but if asked the specific question, MUST answer truthfully, also that some insurers take a hard line and treat you just the same as having points? .

Thanks guys.

I got caught speeding a few years ago, attended the course. Still had to pay the fine, didn't get the points but still had to inform the insurance people for 5 years. The course was just about do's and dont's, yes sir, no sir, etc. Only took half a day (8-1) I think.

Welcome to the Forum and you will love the Cupra.

OBD11 gives you many many things to do and make the car better.
check out following:
http://www.seatcupra.net/forums/showthread.php?t=432976
http://obdeleven.proboards.com/thread/764/coding-adaptations
https://www.clubseatleon.net/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=116700&sid=0b10fd4f82dd80bc90174f197e88c683 its in Spanish but google translate will help.

Simple things to do are

Wrap the roof and rear spoiler in color of your choice.

Bonnet struts (easier to open and don't have to mess around with poles). and stronger boot struts so you can remote open the boot.

Front Splitter and side skirts (there are lots of choices out there)

I am just about to start wrapping the front with clear wrap to protect the paintwork.

Put in sound deadening material (I am happy with level currently but if its to bad its easy to do)

If you like noise then replace air intake and look at turbo muffler delete

Then you get into money with Maps, Suspension modes and tyres.

But dont forget if you modify the car tell your insurance company.

Fitted the black dsg paddle extensions today. Won't post a pic as there are plenty on the paddle extension thread.

Much more natural hand position now I think than standard. I was worried about the grip (or rather lack thereof) on the bare metal but so far seems to be ok.
