States an apparent 10bhp increase. Now i know your not really going to see a change and i am planning on other mods(remap) etc but thought id ask if its worth getting one of these to compliment other mods i have planned for the engine?

Looks very similar to the Turbo Technics hose, good mod to do since the stock turbo elbow and hose are very restrictive and this replaces them both with a much larger bore. Would see a good gain when installed with an aftermarket intake and a remap too

is there any point having a large bore pipe with a machined restrictor?

The stock hose is linked to a restrictive turbo elbow then goes into the turbo. This hose replaces both parts with a larger bore to make one piece from the intake to the turbo

I have VWR 600, APR turbo muffler, GFB DV+ and Turbo Technics hose.

All roughly are the same.
