Trying to turn alarm chirp on using the app and it keeps saying failed, am I doing something wrong? Otherwise I love it so far, turned on

Have you got the drivers door open when you tried it ?

As for the bulb, no reason it will increase the chance of it blowing, your only increasing to a voltage the bulb was designed for, seat just turn the voltage down to 11.3 volts for some reason

No the doors are closed, have seen people say it only works with coding rather than the app? Might give that a go tomorrow

After reading thro' the translated list of mods that dw911 had posted in post 156, do I understand correctly that its possible to get the drls and/or the rear lights to flash in unison with the indicators ?

If this is the case would the rear lights flashing be legal in this country.

Yes as it wouldn't pass an MOT like that or meet the c&u regs, I'd imagine it wouldn't be legal in the UK

Plus it would make the car look like a Citroën/Renault with an earth fault at the rear lights

Mine wouldn't work with the app, but I had the door open, closed the door tried it still no luck, then I open/ closed the door a few times and locked/unlocked the car, then it turned green and worked using the app

No, neither would the front ones. Flashing white or red lights are generally for use by emergency services only.

Got most of the same things working as you guys, could'nt disable start/stop or get it to change the amount of flashes on the lane change though.

When I did the the lane change flashes, I had to reset the infotainment system (hold down the power button for 30 seconds). This worked for me although I used Carista to change this.

Just wondering in the 100mph limit on the Adaptive Cruise Control can be raised.

Drive a lot in Germany late at night and would like a higher limit, not so I can go to sleep, but so I can concentrate on the road rather than keeping a consistent speed.

I asked this a little while ago but go no response.....

Carbon FIS and infotainment
50kph cornering fogs
No ignition on warning (neither visible or audible)
DRL on/off tickable in lights menu

Is is possible to change the maximum infotainment volume at switch on to less than 5?

How did you do carbon FIS? Could you post some screenshots possibly? I couldn't find the option, I've done it for my infotainment though, thank you

Im sure there is a way, links the lights into the interior lights or something like that via coding using vcds or one of the others, not 100%, but sure I came across something like it it in either the link a member posted to the list of mods in this thread or in the vcds list of mods.
Tbh didn't pay much attention to it as I have auto lights, but hopefully you will be able to find it in one of the above

Put FIS carbon background
With this mod, we change the background FIS Carbon mode.
1 - Module 17 - Code Box instruments- (25327)
2 - Adaptation
3 - Select - Display Image
4 - Select one of the options:
- Option 1 (default)
- Option 2 (Carbon)

OR

Select Control Unit 17
Adaption
Screen View
Value=Option 2

Have you tried to reset Infotainment pushing down power bottom for 10 seconds? It must be done after coding.

Mine worked now, it's not "Display image" but display depiction instead and it brings up 5 options, needs to be version 2, the others don't do anything and version 1 is default. Had no problems with infotainment changing
