Will it fit (Wheel)

Maybe someone can help me answer a question i have. I have Googled i have searched but i can still not get a definite answer whatever these rims/wheels will fit.

Its an Audi A3 wheel, that i want to have as an winter tire on my MY 2016 Leon ST FR

Tires is 225/40

From what i get the standard ET for 18'' is ET51 with a width of 7.5.
The difference in size compared to the smaller ET will make that +- 0

Is it that easy? and do you believe that it will fit?

I used that site. Maybe I use it the wrong way because all it give me is numbers. Wish really tells me nothing.

after you input your current setup and new setup it tells you all the information you need to know and the picture shows you whether it will poke out too much. It also tells you if it will rub on the spring

Compared to the cupra wheels 19''

this new wheel will have an inner rim which is 12mm further away from the suspension strut. The outer rim will poke out 12mm more than before.


My winterwheels 18'' Audi S3 will be +1mm sticking out compared to cupra and im scared of that

Mine would stick more than 20mm oute. I know,i just measured,and will be alligned with fenders.thats no go with our winter roads.salt and a lot of gravel on road..

Now i found s8 rims,bigger et,that will be more suitable.

Hi guys,quick question here! I've got a Leon 1.6TDI with 6.5 X 16 ET46 (205/55 tyres) factory fitted wheels and i want to replace them with 7.5 X 17 ET45 (225/45 tyres) wheels. According to the site given on the second message, it seems that i won't be having any trouble fitting them. But the 17" optional wheels from SEAT are 7 X 17 ET49 and 7.5 X17 ET51. Will this change affect the behavior of the car?
