You guys ain't got it bad! I ordered a Black from B4C online broker first week in August. Heard nothing for 6 weeks until I cracked last week and asked them to obtain the order number as they refused to divulge the dealer or any other information. They didn't get back to me. B4C based in Derby so i took the initiative and rang a few places up nearby and finally found the dealer with my details at Leicester SEAT. Got a snotty call last night from B4C saying that I shouldn't have done that independently and my order may be cancelled!!! Load of old bulwarks!

That takes the piss. Just reading that makes my blood boil. How can they refuse to provide you with any updates and when you decide to take it in your own hands they threaten to cancel your order ?? I hope they don't cancel your order, I can't imagine how livid I'd be waiting 6 weeks for nothing .

I'd just say that if they cancel your order, you have no reason to keep their dealer a secret anymore.

It's very well know who supply all of DTD Seat and VW etc. Stupid brokers.

Maybe mine looked that good they wanted to keep hold of it :)

That must indeed be the case then. Just spoke to CS and mine is on the boat due in tomorrow which has been mentioned above. They did say that "your's looks so sh*t* in alor blue sir that we didn't want to hold on to it for as long as Jon's stunning example." Either that or DSG = Delayed Shipping Gaff?

P.s. Would anyone bother with a protection detail on a lease car? I am lazy as lazy can be with cleaning and so tempted to get it protected by a detailer.

And I know a great guy in Daventry.

I may be worth doing to get a good level of protection on the piano black trim.

Though as mines a lease car I won't be bothering
