About 4 months into owning my 63 plate Ibiza Cupra and already modified it adequately with new h+r springs, LCR splitter, Optik Tuning spoiler, interior and exterior LEDs along with already included privacy windows, black alloys and the flyeye over the xenons it looks a really beautiful car. I've also added a custom induction kit from Troupys post and that's really made the car sound better considering I still have the dreaded stock exhaust on there.

It's done 21k in nearly 2 years with me adding 5k to it in just 4 months I've got very used to driving and controlling it after upgrading from my first car 1.2 Clio so it took a fair bit of getting used to both the dsg and the power.

I'm looking for a remap. My first instinct is Revo at MidlandVW as I am located 10 minute drive from there and I get all my work done there and they are just a great, honest and reliable set up there. But I also have another highly rated guy near me with a company called DK Tuning doing custom maps and he has 5* rating on Facebook (admittedly most people on there have their remaps done to much slower cars and Diesel engines but still great reviews. Cost is another thing, DK charges around 250-300 for it whereas Revo is £400 at MVW.

Could anybody help me out here? Any experience with the Revo remap, particularly on the Cupra/Boc? And what would you go for?

It might be worth checking if they can remap your engine. There were issues with revo and Apr being able to remap the CTHE engine.

He too gave me this figure and believe it could reach it but would have to dyno it to see the full proof.

Best stick to known tuners. There is a Shark performance dealer in Telford

Can I just ask why for 'known' tuners? I do know Revo have had problems before, not on my specific car, but on the polo gti and the 1.4tsi golf. DK who I do like, have very positive reviews and no negative reviews that ive seen so far and I have looked very hard to try and find one.

Better go for a custom tune so you can have the tuner actually tune it to your specific requirements. If they're good at what they do they'll be able to solve any issue. Personally I recommend e-tuners (e-tuners.com), they have an office in Scotland, I guess if you contact them by email they could come somewhere closer to you.
If you stay stage 1 it's very unlikely that you'll have any issues whichever company you choose, most problems start if you decide to go stage 2 as the well known companies have one file to suit most cars but obviously not everyone.

Booked it in at Midland VW for a Revo remap on Monday 10:30 and really cannot wait because it will just be a transformed car.

Have a friend who has a stage 2 polo gti and that is an absolute beast and may be on the cards within the next year subject to me coming out of uni and getting a good job to afford the necessary upgrades for stage 2.
