Thanks mate, just hope the FR badge is ok underneath and that the double sided tape I used for the mask comes off without taking any paint with it lol.

Hey mate great work BUT.... there's an easier way. What if I told you I did this and didn't touch a can of paint? or wrap? or physicaly apply anything to it lol

I'll let you ponder that for a bit  ;)............

Haha that won't be a problem as I don't drink, but just had a look and I think its ready to be refitted.

Is it off a different model just with the badge taken off? Or have you taken the silver paint off it?

Thanks mate.

Another pic of the steering wheel insert in better light.

Also got a Cupra grille for free today from my mates tyre place. Will clean it up and fit it so my sprayed standard one can be sold. Also means it wont chip :)

He's said I can have his pre-fl FR/Cupra bumpers (white) for £50.

Sweet get her done mate had big problems with my old FR with DPF being one of them. If yours is good then don't worry about it. If you get it mapped at a place that can remove them I'm sure if you want it done they will do and alter the map to suit.

Yeah I know a few guys have remapped the PD170 without the dpf removed and been fine. Fingers crossed mine will be fine, though its on 83k now.....

Not much of an update but one non the less. Swapped my sprayed front grille for the Cupra one I got for free. Had to clean it up and give it a good polish first.

Looks great that Dan! Are you doing your s badge black? Got some carbon wrap to do mine front and back but feeling like poo at the min so not upto much.

No, I like the S silver. I think if I was going to do the badge I might as well get a de-badged grille. Certainly a big improvement from when I first got it.

Car looks great, loving the little touches you keep adding. I'm thinking of having my dash flocked like yours as it looks amazing.

Cheers for putting the link for the number plate up too as I need one.

Thanks mate, dash flocking was only £56. Thinking of having some more bits done like the steering wheel cowling and maybe the steering wheel insert I've just done haha.

No worries, the front plate is really small. Never had any bother with it (touches wood) either surprisingly.
