Thanks for the good feedback people. Does anybody know if the standard internals will handle a new K03s Hyrbid?

I've read elsewhere people just swap the turbos and get 230bhp with standard internals, but some say uprated rods are needed.

To get the most of the hybrid yes your need rods. If you have a mild map on the hybrid (below 300ft of torque) you may get away with out rods. But if your gunna fit a hybrid you may aswell go for a balls out map :)

I fitted rods when I went K04 to get the it's out of it. Defo worth it

Id agree with chambers. No point in doing half the job, if you want the turbo setup, id recommend do it properly with rods. Power is addictive and you would get fed up of a mild map very quickly anyway! I can say that for sure

I have the k04 set up running a mild map (bought that way) and I'm fed up it being a mild map already! my advice would also be if your gonna do it do it right and get the most out of it!
