Hi all, i'm new to the forum so thought i'd share my recent purchase of my first Seat, it's a2008 Candy White Leon FR 170.
First a little backround into some of my previous cars, i've had a few over the years and do put a lot of work and hours into them, the Leon will be getting the same treatment!
Some of my most recent cars started with a Vauxhall vectra cdti 150, an ok car but nothing special really, here it is -
Followed by one of my favourites, my 2005 Honda Civic Type r which only had 26,000 miles by one owner -
Finally my last car that i sold to buy the Leon was my Audi A4 Avant Autovogue Edition -
Won't bore you all any longer with my previous cars so here is my Leon the day after i bought it, excuse the pictures. Doesn't look too bad but had been neglected a little and did need some work, i wanted a white one so wasn't too fussed about the work needed -
After a few days of ownership, i gave the paintwork and interior a good first once over, clayed, cleaned, polished and sealed the paintwork. Followed by the first mod, a bit of carbon wrapping. Will put on more detailed pictures when i get chance -
It's mechanically sorted, i fitted a new cambelt kit, water pump etc and new discs and pads all round.
Further mods that i did yesterday was a Triple R front splitter and a quick shift. Will upload pics soon of these. This will be a build thread as well as i do mods.
