They were called pd tuning before that. Now called performance remaps or something. Either way they're basically the leaders for m135i tuning, there's no way I'd go there for anything else though.

According to their website they are both performance remaps AND Sedox??

I now have a brand new M135i and I can assure anyone that they are definitely NOT market leaders or specialists in tuning these cars. What they offer is no more than a piggy back plug in chip, in fact no company other than the BMW approved AC Schnitzer is yet to offer a proper remap as the ECU algorithm cannot be cracked at present.

Price is £598.80 incl VAT as per the APR website.
That's for Stage 1 which is all i am after.
For £598.80 doesnt that mean you get unlimited maps so if you want to change you can just go back and pay for the labour to change the map?

Revo stage one for the TFSI engine is usually £499 plus vat but there's a 20% of sale on at the moment.

Ohhh that may have just tweaked my interest from APR to Revo :)

Although if you really do get what you pay for, im guessing the APR must have something over Revo which I am not taking into consideration..?

They're both top of the game. Most favour APR for the free stage upgrades where Revo charge for theirs but in reality there's very little in it between the software.

They just love outdoing each other.

Ah I knew about the upgrades but figured as Im never gonna go S2 so it probably wouldn't be a plus for me.

Now the limiter, I thought that was only a APR S2 thang not on S1 - the pendulum swings once more...

Well lads as of today APR has 20% off till 30/08/2014. I know what im getting on payday!

I was already -->>this close<<-- to going for an APR, now it almost feels like its a no-brainer.

Daniel, if you fancy a 2's up down to see Richard Martin, I can give him a call and sort something out, might even get a little something extra off in a mini-group.
Let me know what date/s you had in mind.
