Just been reading through and realising how much bad luck I've had

James. I don't think there purpley. I don't dare ask them to do your bells again ... Think I might end up wearing them

Darren. To re anodise something the original anodised coating needs taking off, to do this they put it in some kind of liquid until it starts to bubble and they can see the coating coming off ... These nuts had such a hard original coating that they didn't bubble at all so they left them in 3 times longer then normal ... They never bubbled apparently just melted.
To be fair to the company they held their hands up and paid for everything to be made brand new so we did ok out of it in the end ....

There used to be a guy on ebay that sold them but I cant remember his name or find them.
I did make one out of carbon but I never got round to making any more

I ordered one now mate from America. Also fitted my polished inlet manifold and polished and fitted my charge pipe, engine bays getting there now

Glad you managed to get one mate. I don't think I saved the link. Hopefully Adam will have sent you the details Ongoing? I just googled 1.8t throttle body cover for Adam - came up with an eBay link.

Bells are now finished and painted so discs are built up with new fixings






Calipers primed and base coated, I lost my new porsche decals so waiting for them to turn up next week so I can lacquer them
