I saw a YouTube vid of the one fitted in my missus' Mokka that was good. It does full 7 digit postcodes, but takes you to the wrong town when you put them in!

Well I must say that the seat's nav did a pretty good job of getting us there. So hopefully its not too bad lol

I may not rush to get shot of the trusty tomtom tho haha

It did get us there and kept us amused for hours, what more can you ask of a satnav

My first nav destination was the nearest petrol station. When I got there sat nav lady said "your destination can be found on the left side of the road.". It was on the right...

Sally Satnav was her name...........lol

And yes next week (fingers crossed) we should be trying out our own satnav, I think I will be slightly disappointed if i don't hear " you will be on this road for, a long time" ........ lol

When I look at the POIs and select petrol stations it shows one near me that was torn down about 3 years ago!

I Have the guy on my sat nav, he gives better info, woman and maps just don't go.

On the Biza Cupra you can, so I'm surmising the Leon is the same.

I'd quite like to change it to a bloke too. I get nagged enough with three females in the car without another female backs eat driver.

The kids used to wind me up by changing the tomtom voice to Homer Simpson, or even worse Spongebob. Grrr..., close to chucking the thing out of the window with that little yellow gobsh1te starts telling me what to do.

Few weeks ago I ordered a Leon 5dr 280 DSG dynamic grey

I'm giving the lower front bumper some black details (vinyl wrapping) and on the back the "Cupra" letters in black. Will post some pictures when it arrives.

It will be delivered somewhere at the end of August, so can't wait to take it for a ride!

Was debating the colour as my current FR is slate grey and wanted a similar colour but Monsoon is a little too light for my tastes. Just means I will have to clean it more as the black will show up dirt a lot more than my current one. But then who cares, its a Cupra 280

I would question there delivery date. I can't see that my self esp with factory shut down in Aug.

I did question them especially concerning the August habit (which I wish we shared). The dealer said they had a car already in the queue which was going to be a new demonstrator but they would change the spec of it to match mine to give me an earlier date. They would then place a new order for their demonstrator.

I have my fingers crossed for September but will not be surprised if it is later (a dealer telling Porkies, surely not... ).

A little bit optimistic to me that date is even if they have got one on the way, esp if they have to change the spec. You may be lucky though.

Would agree with that too based on my experience but fingers crossed for you. I ordered through a lease company which I'm figuring probably didn't help - i.e. lower priority. In order to avoid wait until end of October (& I ordered in April!) I've switched from Monsoon Grey to a stock Ice Silver car with similar spec - it arrives on Monday and I cant wait! big thanks to Marshalls of Leicester for helping make it happen.
