4 Cupra logos on our seats, but we have the standard (and very nice, IMO) alcantara ones, I understand you blokes who've spec'd leather aren't sure what will turn up. Bit like the 280 badge!

Yes I agree the alcantara is very nice, if they had an all black alcantara option I would have gone for that rather than leather.

My local Seat dealer as got leather and they DONT have the Cupra logo

Do you know how long they have had that demo car? was it since the March launch? I've seen the pictures in this thread (http://www.seatcupra.net/forums/showthread.php?t=396597) and I hope/pray that they are just pre production models that have had the standard (FR?) leather seats fitted as the cupra leather seats weren't in mass production at that time.

The options list I was given, that lists the leather pack as having the logo. I will double check with the dealer to make sure, I'd be disappointed if it didn't but not having it isn't a reason enough for me not to have the all black leather, I just don't like those white stripes, the kids would stain them like anything.

As I've previously posted the price list I was given does state cupra logo on the leather pack so thats false advertising if they don't come with it. My dealer (stoke) still maintain that they do, but I feel he maybe talking bollocks as he doesn't want to pick up the phone to head office.

It does to me, when I'm spending 28k on a car, I expect it to be delivered as specced. I want my Cupra to stand from the rest of the range, I'm already losing a bit of that by removing the white stripes (for personal reasons) but I don't want it to go further and lose the logo as well, not to mention people thinking the cars a fake badged one cause it doesn't feature all the cupra hallmarks.

BTW I might be onto something I'll report back in the morning after I have been to the dealer.

I am picking my Cupra up this afternoon which has the black leather, I will post once I know whether or not the seats have logos. The rear seats do not that I know, but I forgot to check the front when I had a look at the car and they were covered in plastic anyway.

I don't care what other people think of my car, I bought it for me as I like it, and that's what matters

Do SEAT not cover themselves by stating in the small print somewhere, that due to continually updating design etc, that they can change spec at anytime.
