0-60 will improve massively. No remapped (or stock) PD130 will be wheel spinning up to 60mph. Launching cleanly will be come more difficult but you will definitely see an improvement.

180hp is attainable with improved breathing and a fairly aggressive map. My old PD130 made 182hp and 342 lb/ft on R Tech's rollers, but it chewed through stock clutches every 12 months

Stock sidemount is shockingly poor and one of the best mods you can do is a front mount intercooler. Stay away from the uprated sidemount intercoolers - apart from being shiny they do very little in terms of improved cooling and in some cases (depending on fitment) can be worse than the standard cooler.

A generic remap will see you at a realistic 165-170hp

My 170bhp FR used to wheel spin??

I think u got the wrong end of the stick, I purely meant about the act of acceleration down a slip road.
Id also like to point out that 0-60 is also for people who do track days and events. Don't assume everyone is a chav waiting for their next traffic light derby

lol no u didnt, u said 0-60 up a slip road.

At no point did you mention track days or 1/4 mile

Yeh true lol but nice to have the 0-60 power there for those cheeky moments (slip roads!!) :D

If u knew me u would realise I did just mean accelerating.
And what does it matter if I did or didn't mention track days?

Anyway back to the posts original query:
Thanks for all the replies I think I know what needs to be done now :)
Any further experiences ppl have had on remaps tho id be happy to hear about.
