I was going to try this but with the plastic you get fr lining kitchen drawers from ikea. You've done a really neat job of that though

i detailed it andy with da used megs 105 and 295 then G3wax then gtechniks c2v3 or sonax brilliant shine detailer both the same but c2v3 goes on and wipes off nicer sonax is a bit grabby when wiping off but still good stuff

hi Excalpino yes tried that but not very good as see tape through the holes which i thought did not look vert good as car manufactors do use thin carpet had nissan qashqai before that had the same in the glove box i was feed up things like my ipod floating around but dont anymore

If it is not too hard to remove the glovebox lid I will probably send mine off for flocking.

Those cheapskates at vag need a good flocking imho.lol:):):D How much would it cost to line glovebox and door bins............pennies to a company this size.

Stuck some bits and bobs in the compartment under the seat, mobile cables, mob windscreen mount etc. Went out earlier and the noise from it :( ..you can penny pinch that wee bit too much.

I'll second that flocking :)

Took those bits and bobs back out the under seat storage, It'll need smurfed before it gets anything back in it, was like driving around with a set of loose bowling balls in the boot.

You put them to shame Smurf, a job well done, I'll get around to something similar myself when the weather picks up, need to as I'm not using the storage spaces. It wont look as good as yours but I'll use you as a benchmark :)

I bet your Gerry Anderson 'Tracy Island' looked the bees knees [B)]
