Led interior lighting

Sorry another thread about interior lights.

Well it's finally taking me around 6 months to get round to replacing my interior lights for LEDs.
I got sides and drl's pretty much straight away.
I know there are loads of threads around regarding the confusion on where/who to order from, what type to get and how to fit etc.

I took a gamble on ebay and thought it was a reasonable price and also hopefully get them tomorrow or at least by the end of the week. See links below.

Hope it helps and will update once I put them in as I'm sure going to be a good result. Just doing the interior lights for now as see no need for vanity, glove box or boot yet but may consider reg plate LEDs soon.

Ah right mate, that's because I'm in Newcastle upon Tyne (north east) if that's why you ain't seen me around mate as your in stoke.

Are they back up and running so to speak? I know people we're having delays with their orders and the site had changed as the original kit was missing off?
I did see a thread from you about you speaking with them direct to order and they hope to be changing the site soon. And you were very helpful too with the list of what to get

Just a quick update as within 24 hours of ordering, the parts were delievered and i have already replaced with the LED's which only took 5 mins and what a difference, looks so much better as I expected.

Well worth doing. And now the temptation is to replace the vanity, glove, and boot cos it doest look right now, when they are used of course.

I would post some before and after pics but not sure how to do this

No bulb warnings as of yet and really pleased with the look or i should say the super white/bright glow. Its a shame the light nights are drawing in now

Im going to try the same supplier again for the vanity/glove/boot and maybe the reg lights although it appears the VW sets seem to be the best instead of LED's.
I do recomend them, as if you order before 2pm they ship the same day for next day delivery and it free delivery too.

They look good mate, I know its lazy but could you list exactly which bulbs you got an how many of each?

Ah yeah didn't look at them properly. Is the top link for sidelights? Can you list which bulbs you put where in the car please?

I pinched this from andrewjb thread about the LED confusion as he was very helpful in the thread regarding the full list needed which helped me find my LEDs. Albeit not ordered all yet.

1 x 42mm 8led canbus festoon in boot light

2 x 9smd canbus 501 Front Side Lights

2 x 36mm 6led canbus Festoon Number Plate Lights

3 x 8smd canbus 501 in Front Interior Lights

2 x 39mm 6led canbus Festoon in Vanity Mirror

2 x 36mm 6led canbus Festoon in rear interior light

1 x 9smd canbus 501 in glove box

I think the 501 8smbd used for interior lights will work for sidelights too. As I have a spare 501 from my order I intend to try and fit it in the glove box.
