It's the runner flaps delete bud. The flaps restrict airflow on the 2.0 tfsi. For full potential APR advise the machined inserts removing the flappers and upgraded software. Should see an extra 10 bhp 10 lbs ft torque :)

Incredible build. The flap delete you mention above is this worth doing at stage 2/2+? How much for the kit from APR?

Can it be customised with Revo Stage 2+ map? Or how does it get included in such a map as Revo provide?

Hey bud as far as I was told when I was previously revo they don't have map adjustments for the flapper delete. Apr do specifically. The mod is £250 :)

It's an APR product. Not sure if revo provide a map for it, but an sps won't be able to modify the codes caused by removing your runner flaps.

REVO do offer a tune for it because AKS Alex has the RFD on his car

While my gearbox is out I've decidd to spend some more cash. Wavetrack limited slip differential purchased and autotech front and rear anti roll bars

I'm wanting to go back to 4wd man. I had a go in my mates 500bhp Evo last week and its just on another level. The grip is unreal for the power its kicking out even in this **** weather. Don't get me wrong the Leon's a brilliant car but pointless power in this weather lol. Even my mates mk4 R32 left me for dead last night off the mark lol.

That's sad to hear. Have you considered gear based boost and an LSD.

Give me a shot in Aberdeen and we can go digging that trench on the slip road like I used to every day going home from work :)
