Is that the best way to go? or is it just worth doing the whole pipe work in a bigger size?

Alot of people saying doing that is better for the flow:rolleyes:and no lag. I am running k03s now,but going for k04, so the recommendation is to make it 2'' from the hot side, and from the cooler to the throttle 2.25''. I think I ll go for 2.25'' fmic in/out. The other way is 2.25'' all around. The other question is- 550x230x65 or smaller fmic. I think Robbie C is a little smaller tnan that but looks enough[B)] So what is the size ?

I've just K04'd mine and I'm running 63mm pipe work all round and 600x300x76 cooler and a 5Bar fuel pump
And most people go round the rocker so none of the pipe work goes under the floor getting damaged by low suspension.
Should have much lag with K03/s anyway

Good luck with k04ing it its a right pia

Thats a big ss fmic,I'll glad to know what figures you are seeing :)) I think I ll go for 2.25" pipie work all around and I ll measure the bumper, to see how it would be with 550x230 x65.Also considering to go 3" exhaust with 2 magnaflows. I m starting your showthread now:) Killer rims!

My washer bottle arrived today so got on with fitting it.
Zip ties are a temporary thing untill i get my charge pipe relocation done down the side then i will do a proper job of securing it somwhere down there...loads more room now thiough.

One more question mates, on the first picutre of the above post, there is a black box with two hoses, that washer bottle is zipped on it, is this a part form the SAI, because mine is removed, but not in a propre way I believe

No not part of the sai. It's the carbon canister for venting fuel vapour through... Not required in the slightest! Except some silly euro rules for car manufacturers!

Solinoid on top can be mapped out, or left plugged in and relocated!
