I've been using Superpro front wishbone bushes over the last 10k or so and all good so far. No noticeable change in noise or ride quality but the steering feels more precise (vs original bushes, which admittedly were on their way out).

Yeah I thought the offer had stopped but searched for golf too just in case, voila. Just need to find a local diy'er as I don't touch suspension since a spring compressor failed on me...

I've fitted some of the floflex bushes to a rear beam, wasn't overly impressed with the feel and quality of them

granted they don't look as good as powerflex or superpro

but im sure you'll agree they do the job thats for sure, and how often do you gaze under your car lovingly at the bushes on it? for me the answer is never

:)

I guess the quality is comparable to there cost and how much driving you do and your driving style.

I do lots of motorway driving so guessing that should be better on bushes then urban driving ?

Its just the finish theres nothing wrong with the integrity of them

tbh the flowflex ones are best value for money. If i wasnt doing the stupid mileage iam currently doing I would of gone for these, but reliability and longevity are key for me, so went with the genuine Audi TT ones.

My front lower arm rear bushes have split so looking to re bush my arms. Just been flicking through here and I'm confused on which bushes are best. I'm doing about 200 miles a week. Was looking at flo-flex bushes but heard mixed reviews

Definitely, I used standard ones and they lasted about 6 months tops, fitted the TT ones and I've since taken them from one set of wishbones and fitted them in another and they're still going strong. That's been about 4 years now. I fitted stock ones for the fronts.

Are they a lot better than the standard ones? Where did you get yours from and how much if you don't mind me asking. Did you replace the front bushes or leave them?

yes cause there solid and not voided which is where they tend to crack from. went with superpro fronts

TT and superpro bushes work out about £60 all together
