Spent most of today getting all the difficult bits of the meth install done. Removed all the trim panels, cut all the cables and pipework to length, got it all through to the engine bay etc.

Final job is to get the tank and pump installed, obviously they are going in the boot but don't really know where to place them. Anyone who's got meth, where have you placed yours?

Must say that I'm impressed with the quality of the kit, everything is very strong and very UN Chinese like.

How did you get on with install bud? Where abouts did you feed wiring into engine bay from in car btw?

I've got the meth pipe going from boot to engine bay, yellow, blue, and orange cables goin from controller with meth pipe to boot, and boost pipe from engine bay to controller. Pink and black cables are behind fuse panel on drivers side. All cables and pipes are drivers side as passenger side has battery reloco cables.

Good to see you're going four wheel drive James, it will certainly make it far more usable, it really will be the icing on the cake.

You will be able to really use all the power with AWD.... plus you can get Bill to turn the map up a bit... that's a terrifying thought

haha, yer it will be. Won't be happening for a while yet though. Doing my motorbike test atm and am buying one of these in a month or so.

the bike will without doubt make your car feel a lot slower good luck with your test.
i should think making the leon 4wd will give you more chance to use the car as and when you wish rather than when the weather lets you.

Haven't done any more since last week. All the wiring, vac pipe & meth pipe are in. Just need to find a place to put the tank and pump and we're ready to go.

Won't be doing much with the car this weekend. Weather is poo!

Looking forward to going to bills next weekend to have the cams put in and finalise the meth install.

Am going to the local motorbike shop this weekend hopefully to put a deposit down on a bike.
