lets start with the best cars there

and there was even a chance to get your car washed for the small fee of £3 (but no one washes my car but me, no matter what they are wearing)

Bummed I couldn't make it down today due to family commitments. Took a few quick snaps of the car today though, so I'll post up some links for those.

Any suggestions on what to do to it (if anything) welcome.

Don't have 15 posts yet so I'll put some puush links.

She's a 2001 (I believe it just missed out on the 51 plate), Azure Imperial Blue cupra 1.8 20vt.

It is all bone dry stock at the moment, with 60k genuine miles. I'm the 3rd owner and I've been blown away by it's condition despite it's age. Think it was a real find

Was originally looking for a tdi but this one caught my eye and I was struggling to find any in decent condition.

Pirelli P7's on it atm. Not sure exactly what I want to do, I will probably leave everything under the bonnet for a while as the insurance is expensive enough as is. It drives really nice too and I want to keep it that way.

Only thing I might do is I'm really tempted to plasti dip the alloys black partly to protect the original finish underneath but also because that matte black look. Might do the badges too, (opinions? :/) and looking at getting an auto bra for it too in the next week, and a shark fin aerial probably. Other thing I am considering is a slightly rowdy rear box as It's really quite quiet currently, not 100% on that though. Apart from that I'm chuffed with it.

just make sure the wheels are bone dry before you dip them or like mine water drips out of the center cap gets under the fresh dip and then it peels off if u drive as fast as i do.
my new alloys will be getting dipped as soon as i get some more cans.

yeah, £9 per can if u buy 6.

Cheers! Will definitely buy a few of those. Then again I might buy 144 cans at £7 each and fill in all the potholes down our road

(then send the council a bill for £20k)
