Looks a lot better from a distance mate! If it was me I'd see what it looks like without the mudflaps... But seeing this pic has definately got me thinking I want some...

Wow! Now having started this thread ages ago when I first spoke to Kev at Triple R and hoping to fit some myself but I sold my LCR last October (first time I have been on since then) I think it looks awesome! Perhaps better without the mudflaps but still awesome!

Cool pics did they ever make the one piece defusser
Seems like they forgot us and done lots for fords instead

Kev has had his company for a while and specialises in Fords rather than other cars - only recently he has been exploring other cars - mainly Seat Leon MK2 (front splitter) which is similar to the focus RS an our diffuser fins. They are only making them as the fins for now.

I think Worzel has them fitted. It's a pity they messed around as at one point they would of sold loads of these.

Just received a set of these fins from triple R. Does anyone know what the best way to go about fitting them is? I Don't think screwing them down would be an option as that would spoil the look I think

Received mine a few days ago and I'm really happy with them, they make such a difference to the look of the rear. You can order them from a company called triple R composites on Facebook. Just message them and a guy called Kev will get back to you about getting some made, they're really helpful.

How hard are they to put on? I really like the look and want them on my car. How much were they?

They recommend taking off the bumper and putting in a self tapping screw through the back into the fins which wasn't too bad. Alternatively you could glue them or use super strong adhesive tape like 3M but screwing them on is your best bet.

For 4 fins delivered it was £65 all in. It does seem a bit expensive for 4 bits of plastic but they need to mould them specifically for the cupra r bumper so they fit perfectly.

Think we should try to get them to make a splitter for the mk1 like they do the mk2. Seen them on mk2s and I think there great! Be awesome to get a splitter made by them for the mk1. Anybody close or dealt with them a lot to have a conversation with them about this?
