Already smashed a few splitters, no sumps though and not planning on doing so either

Slutting around at great speed is getting me into too much trouble. I'm on "best behaviour" at the moment lol

It sounds confusing, might have to take some snaps to show you what I am rambling on about. Rears were fine. I read elsewhere that the 20mm sizes+ are fine but with the 15's people tend to have to cut the bolts down to ensure they don't hit the face of the spacer

It's OK, I think I get it! I might just go for 15mm bolt-through ones all round, I guess the design of the spacer won't change other than that it'll have less holes in it than the bolt-on type. Was hoping to get away with a bit less than 15mm though.

Oh yes liking this I am on the hunt for more places. There must be some gems around our areas, just need to go for a blast around random roads etc to find them

Ronin has those on his rear axle, reckons they fit and his LCR is a 55 plate same as mine, I gather it was later LCRs that some spacers won't fit on the rear properly - I had that problem with some cheapo spacers I bought (and subsequently sold) a couple of years ago.

So hopefully they'll fit on the rear fine and be enough for the R32 wheels to clear the Brembos

Interesting regarding some spacers not fitting over the rear hubs properly on the later LCR's. Don't think I have ever noticed anybody else mention this until now with D.K and yourself. I am sure the H&R spacers will be just fine!

Yeah I had two sets of 15mm spacers before, one was a cheap ebay set, the others were second hand off here back in the days where we had a parts classified section. Couldn't get either ones to fit on the rear.

Just got emails from DPM and City Link, spacers should be here tomorrow, might even manage to fit them tomorrow afternoon if it stays dry

Not sure I understand what you mean?

Once you take the wheel off, you will see a cover on the rears (like a metal plate acting as a crap seal) so you cant see the hub nut.
This sits a bout a mm or so proud of the lip on the hub, removing it allows the spacer to sit flush to hub instead of a bit off.
Also bare in mind i have just replaced both rear wheel bearings (bought as the complete hub) so the lip may not be as big as it used to

OK, I'll save spamming EL's thread with stuff for me, I'll see how it looks when I get a chance to look at them. Is removing that cover not a bad idea then?
