After looking at 100's of pics of cars who have attended the recent shows I am going to have to go a bit drastic with the LCR to get it noticed. Time to wind those coilovers down me thinks ;)

It is only a photoshop edit...................for now. Might try it for Bromley Pageant seen as I will only be travelling down the road to get to the venue

I've bought the Leon after having the bora so low that it rubbed all four arches away to nothing and then I just hated it!

Don't do it! It'll ruin your love for the car!

Sorry mate. Looks sick just don't think it's possible unless on air.

New purchase?

Most likely wont be able to do it but still, I have my photoshop so can enjoy that for now :)

No air thanks, can't be assed changing suspension again. Went from OEM > Lowering Springs (aka Fail) > Coilovers so can't be assed to now go for air. The Stance Solutions kit is more of a possibility than full on air ride

I will make the short two min drive to yours on the day of Pageant to see what's going on :)

Bring some long blocks of wood, think we will need it lol

I couldn't live with a static decked car. I was complaining a few months ago and raised the car by 10mm as I kept getting stuck in car parks. The height now is spot on as a all rounder

Stick with the height. It works and the handing is better for it. We lean towards the more 'race' group than 'scene' despite your wheel change in recent times ;)

You're still a hoonigan. Leave the height!

Before I had the H&R spacers on the rears and had zero fitment issues. The FK spacers also fitted properly, but with these you also bolt them to the hub so it has no room to move

They came very quickly mate, think about a week and they give you tracking numbers so you can be a impatient geek like me and watch it every step of the way :) These spacers come with the bolts to mount them to the hub but then you need bolts to secure the wheel to the spacers. The site says you can use your OEM bolts but I purchased a new set of bolts. The front ones needed trimming slightly though as they were touching the spacers. The website says you should be able to use your OEM spacers with no issues so thinking this happened to me as its aftermarket wheels

Nice one, thanks mate. I'm still hopeful I'll be able to use 10mm spacers and that I'll find some that fit my rear hubs but I'll bear the FKs in mind.

Bit confused what you mean - "The front ones needed trimming slightly though as they were touching the spacers" - can you clarify please?

Lol your both nutters. Dan I'd only do it for a show, Bromley pageant is proper close to mine so tempting. Sod driving it in general around these ways though with it sitting on its fat arse

Sorry mate I must be confusing you here. The bolt which secures the wheel to the spacer can't be too long as it will hit and not allow you to fasten them properly. It's the same principle as you having bolts which are too long for standard spacers. The bolts I purchased were slightly too long so we cut them down to the size I needed

Ah right, think I got that. Did the same ones fit on the rear OK though?

It sounds confusing, might have to take some snaps to show you what I am rambling on about. Rears were fine. I read elsewhere that the 20mm sizes+ are fine but with the 15's people tend to have to cut the bolts down to ensure they don't hit the face of the spacer
