They're £20 inc VAT and postage.
I'm going to weigh the at some point see how light they are compared to the brakes that are coming off.

Thanks for spending the time reading through it all, sorry for the poor spellings!!!
It's £435 for the pair of front discs. Which is more reasonable than most kits of these type of kits but still not cheap.
Have you got a RR thread of your car? If not get one going its nice to keep track of what you've done and also get other people feed back. :)

All I can say is I'm a compleat **** head (if you hadn't realised that already !)

I've been out with the kids today to get some Mother's Day presents. I ended up doing something I try and avoid. I went to tescos!!!! It was very busy and raining and (getting all my excuses in early hear!) the only parking space I could find big enough to get the kids in and out. Had a deep puddle on one side. Oh and a large grey post to one side.
Yep the post had a fight with my car and both have scars to prove it! Thankfully there's very little of my cars yellow ish paint on the post.
Thankfully the bumper is fine. The front wing is pushed in where it meets the head light. The headlight was pointing skyward, which did pop back into place.
Broken bits are the arch liner which is hanging off at the front and the grill on the drivers side next to the S badge grill.
I'll get some photos up for you to laugh at in a bit!

Are you sure that doesn't include atmospheric pressure? 22psi approx max for stock /hybrid turbo especially if you don't run uprated rods. Get a RR thread going and we'll all help you out best we can.:)

No Im affraid im not shure.whats the differance?

My bosst gauge only goes to 25 psi (should have got one in BAR)doh!

Anyway it goes right by 25psi to last mark witch should be 30 psi but its not marked and then holds back to 25psi till 4500 - 5000rpm then starts to drop pressure as revs go up.

And YES Im running standard rods..thanks again guys :)

These things happen mate. Hopefully it'll be a cheap repair. You'll just need as a good painter as onvi is notoriously difficult to blend and match. When I had a fight with a wheelie bin sized badger a few years ago I ended up having to have a front end respray which blended into the doors. Hopefully it won't derail all your good chassis and engine work :)

Thanks I'm trying slowly to get it how I want it, times the biggest limiting factor.
I try not to let the body work bother me generally as the fade is quite bad on my car. Also with it being my daily and used part time as the family car it does get the usual car park dings, scuffs and stone chips. I'm just pissed off with myself for parking next to the post in the first place and then being so careless.
Thanks for the encouragement :)

Bloody hell I wouldn't want to hit a badger! I bet that went with a bang!
There's not that much damage to the paint work thankfully only a scuff mark and a couple of flakes that have come off.
It will need a re spray at some point as there's patches of lacquer flaking off in places. The bumper will need to come off as to see how many of the clips and fastening have broken on it. So can at least fit the oil cooler at the same time.
It won't derail my short term plans even if it means table tiring it together for a while. If anyone asks I'll say I did it at the Ring:D
Where did you get yours re sprayed was it in Lincolnshire? I've been having a look at supercopa wings. Then I'll need the wheels go with the arches though

Supercopa all the way! Love them! Not enough of them! Would suit all the aero mods planned.

It was a few years ago mate. Had it done at VW in Nottingham to ensure genuine VAG parts and 5 year paint warranty. The badger came worse off... I'm looking to have mine done at True Paintworks in Leicester. An alternative is in Northamptonshire. I'd even go to Jake off of here in Manchester. Hard to find a good painter IMO. These all get consistent rave reviews.

Glad to hear it's just a scuff :)

As you can see the wing has pushed in. Hopefully I'll be able to pull it out.

Hopefully I'll get chance next weekend to take the bumper off and refit it. It's only minior damage thankfully.

Thats not as bad as i thought when you described it
If you do decide to go for the supercopa wings just bare in mind the front struts on ours are different to the touring cars, so it will look higher and wheels will sit further in board

It looked a lot worse yesterday in the car park. Thankfully it mostly pushed back into place!
Considering its the worse bump I've had in nearly 19 years of driving (said very firmly holding onto a large peice of fire wood!), I was a little pissed off with my self.
The longer I own this car and the more I mod it the more I like it. You can see in the photos how bad the fade is, so at some point the it's going to need a re spray. When it gets re sprayed I'll probably fit supercopa wings then. I've got my eye on a set of 9" wide wheels that I'm hoping to buy to fill those arches.

I've got some EBC discs on the front and cheapo Mintex pads. There's a few people on here that use the Godspeed discs and everyone seems happy with them.
Just be awear that if you buy from Godspeed, on check out you pay for Royal mail next day delivery. Both times I've ordered from them it's taken over a week for them to arrive. So leave you've self plenty of time when you order them!
