I use that deep shine stuff but apply it with a microfiber cloth tho, the sponge actually looks like its easier to do, and wipe off when it hazes. Never tried hd wax, anyone tried it here? must be something special for that price...?

Just ordered some. Watch my development thread.

oh you've got a RR now, nice to see. did you find hd wax cheaper somewhere or..?

Got it for £32 amazon. I use autoglym polish but I'm sure polish and wax are different. Really looked into this product.

A friend of mine used it on his Audi and wow. It was quite strange because he through some water on the hood and it didn't form into drops. It just rolled off. I saw the HD wax before but was put off by the price but he said you need only use it once a month.

So fingers crossed with weather bring good I will take a Saturday to use the clay bar after washing, then polish and use the HD wax.

Yeah I was reading and apparently polish is more abrasive and removes little stains etc. But wax provides a protection barrier. But its all goblie goo init. LOL. Where and when is the next meet??

Well iv got one. West meon hut. Food and drink, lots of parking, road there very quick and fun road back to the hill again very quick :)

That's a good suggestion - the A272 from Petersfield to West Meon is great for our cars - as long as you aren't at the back of a queue behind somebody driving a ******** (supply your own prejudice). Even better is the A272 west of the Hut; there is a very large open space at Bramdean common, with no parking restrictions.
