Was it that bad mate? Iv read you had issues with misfires, I'm looking at buying a 59 plate with 30k on ATM and it has revo to 221bhp. The owner said its been in to seat after remap for spark plugs and it runs fine. I just don't wanna spend £13k then have lots of problems.

Leon Cupras are awesome though, bet you don't miss your Boc too much.

it appears to be hit and miss with these cars but personally, I would not touch a 59 plate tsi as the earlier models are the ones renowned for having the most issues. That said, I am sure you can get access to the history of the car and see what sort of work has been done to it by the dealer...........

Yeah that shouldn't be an issue but I'm not that far in the buying process yet. I'm tempted to find a younger model at a similar price. This particular one fought my eye as it had all the factory options and most of them don't have any. Xenons and racing brakes are hard to find on used examples.

Sure was, interestingly it was the dealer that lied through thier hoop! Was not SEAT UK. They had to motivate them at every turn to the end that a senior manager had to contact the dealer group to "motivate" them into action. Shame on the dealership for constantly lying to my wife and I

Compensation is being arranged SUK offered, they are so sorry

LOL. I had our body shop do it and they are good. The spoiler does have a gap underneath unfortunately but they trimmed it up as best they could so I am defo not complaining. The white is a little lighter but it will dull down with time as you will never perfectly match it when painting onto plastic. All items are supplied with the putty that sticks it and fitting instructions. I am particularly glad thet they did the rear end of the skirts black on the inside as most ppl have left theirs white and it just did not look right. Did any one notice that?

Just had a seat spoiler sprayed and fitted by seat but ive noticed the colour is a little lighter and brighter just wondering did yours ever dull down like you mentioned? Thanks.

Shouldn't dull if its been lacquered. Like mentioned painting plastic always turns out a slightly different shade but shouldn't be too noticable. Only other things it might be is not enough paint / too much lacquer or a different paint codes been used. Was it a good match when you collected it?
