Agreed 100%. I didn't realize you were more concerned about the noise than the valve.

Also agree 100%

About the Diverter valve, REV D use to be the main one as it's piston driven and will last longer etc...

I currently run the Rev G Valve and it's been proven @top-end the boost is holding better than Rev D (slight boost leak)

I would say for cars with bigger turbo (K04) to go Rev G and for (K03) to have Rev D, harder to swap the valves but since it's next to the turbo it should survive longer against the heat...imo

Cheers guys. I have been reading up loads on this. It seems flutter is normal of the car continues to pull. In my case the car is definitely not pulling correctly while fluttering. If you look at the looks at around 3700rpm the car is requesting 2540mbar. 1.5bar give or or take. But the car is actually boosting to 2600mbar in some cases 2700mbar (1.6,1.7 bar). Does the k04 boost this high. Also is it normal for the turbo to boost more than requested ?

Also what is the limit between fuel rail pressure requested and actual ?

Im going to dO some more logs today and graph the data. May have a new map to try

i would first remove the forge valve and do some more logs that way we can see whats really going on

Flutter is normal if your not losing power.
But in your case your fluttering and losing power. The flutter is boost regulation so you'd think this is preventing the car going into overboost so therefore protecting the engine.
Mine flutters only in 3rd and 4th gear from approx 3500rpm until approx 4100rpm.
Last time I logged mine the actual boost was much higher than requested but I don't remember seeing boost figures that high!
As for fuel pressure the vcds figures say within 5 bar which when I logged mine was always less than this usually 2 or 3 bar at most.
Might be worth checking fuel pressure from the low pressure pump via vcds and make sure it doesn't drop below 3.5 bar when driving hard.
It maybe your losing fuel pressure so the ecu is dumping boost as the fuel request isn't being hit?

You could be right

What's the best blocks to log

some graphs

Fuel requested and actual. Big difference but i dont feel any drop at all when the logs show pressure dropping

Sounds to me like valve is actuating to maintain boost pressure.
