Cheers for the comments chaps. Let's see what happens in the new year, I have looked at pro race 1.2 but I just don't like them as much as the ch-r's. I know the chr is more of a 'show' wheel but it's got to look nice as well as being fast :)

Personally think CH-R's would really suit this car. It's a mad build car but looks understated. With a set of 'showy' wheels people will think he's another scene wh0re until he opens it up :1st:

I totally agree with this statement.

The CH-R's aren't any heavier than standard LCR wheels are they? They look more show but can definitely take some go... Lol.

There are heavier out there for sure.

Not many are straight fit though on the LCR due to the Brembo's. CH-R's are a top quality wheel mate, will suit your car well after the quality engine install. It needs to follow throughout the car..

Agreed, although just come across some OZ Superleggera on another forum in 225/40/18 for £500 need a refurb. But they are ET45 so don't think they will be a straight fit without spacers. Plus I don't like them as much as the BBS's!

Don't get something you don't like as much, end of.

You'll end up buying twice. Get exactly what you want to mate. It'll look great.

Like El says, get the plastic out :)

Wallet has had a bashing the past few days with the new bumper and brakes. Will see what I've got left at the end of the month and see if I can stretch to a new set of rims and boots too.

Cheers for the input tho chaps... Sent a PM to Daz earlier about the next AmD RR day, seems March is looking like a date, just a shame as I don't think I will have mine back on the road until start of April.

Yeah will most likely be end of February, early March but Darren's on the case. Make sure we see it at the other shows though yeah. Players, Bromley Pageant etc. The convoys are always interesting!

Would you have to BBS in the silver or something darker? Something darker might give a good medium between race and 'showy' :)

Will probably go for antracite.
