God, those wheels suit the car so well. Sits really nicely (I seem to be a sucker for a nice stance ATM) :)

Great idea with the TT fittings. Will they fit under the centre console?

Looking forward to more pictures/updates :D

the centre console will require a certain amount of modification to allow the knee rests to fit, but my aim is to have it fitted like it would be OEM so i need to make sure it is done to a high enough standard, with no gaps, like i have seen in the past. I have considered the whole lot, but cant be assed with the work really

a few new updates with the Audi TT centre console, my facelift gear gator and knob has turned up so i set about getting it all fitted and prepared in order to get the knee rest fitted.

I do suggest if anyone else is going to do this make sure you can weld and be prepared to make up your own brackets.

The TT console doesnt screw into place like the normal one, it has a metal skeleton that sits underneath, or so i assume because thats what my mate and i had to make, (Hes the one with the welding skills :),)

So we set about measuring up and welding bits together,

roughly how its looking at the moment, the W8 Passat light really makes the shifter ring and knob glow red at night :)

Console looks cool, I was looking through my facebook newsfeed earlier, and saw a picture of your car.... turns out a bloke from work took a photo of it parked at halfords and said 'what a beastly car' in the caption lol!
