eBay job, 30 miles away. Paid £300 for the complete bumper with grills fogs and sliders.Bumper looks dreadful - I will take it of your hands lol
I got it off eBay from bloke just saying its a VW one but not sure from what. My mums got a golf mk6, and this ones exactly the same but in a 6 sped version. It's shorter and rounder then my original FR leather one. The brushed aluminium goes better with my s3 vents and the LCR pedals. What gear nob is that. ?? Of a mk6 golf ???
Looks really smart pal might just get one as mine needs replacing
You're Leon reminds me of mine ... Iv got a pic of it with honey comb grills looks 10000 times better
Them brakes are pure awesomeness, cant wait to see them on the car bud Was just browsing the first page and you have spent crazy money on this and well spent
I know lol think iam over the £5k mark now. Still in 3 years ownership that's about £1700 a year, I would of lost more then that in depreciation on a new car but instead I've got something that looks a little different and still runs like new, even though its worth more in parts then it is as a car.
Iam after the look of a LCR but need the MPG of a TDI and just put up with the "tractor sound" lol
Fair enough mate, but i suppose your making up the money with the low fuel costs. If it was an LCR then that would be a different story lol. I personally will never own a brand new car as i couldnt bare to lose thousands over the years unless its a company car Car does look good though, keep up the good work bud
Cheers. Cars averaging 52mpg which I need given the amount of driving I do, couldn't justify it in a LCR. And may tax and insurance is half what it would be on a LCR. I pay £130 a year tax, and £600 fully comp.
WOW just spend two hours going through your build. nice mods mate NICE.
awesome read and mods from start to finish, well done that man.
