Seat Ibiza Mk4 :)

Hey, this is my baby, a 2006 Pre-Facelift seat ibiza. Got it when i started uni in September 2011 ( Using my student loan of course ) Ever since then been trying to make it look respectable, a hard thing todo when your Girlfriend spends your wages! Anyway, havent got that much done to it and nothing really expensive as such, hope ya's like it!


This is when i first got it, completely standard

I then began straight away changing it to something no one else had..

Looking back, probably not the smartest or best looking idea ive had, but we all make mistakes

I then got the windows tinted, HID's, Foot well neon, Audi TT pedals and a pair of wind deflectors, still on a relatively tight budget

The next thing was to change the alloys, but yet again, not the best choice. Was too desperate for black wheels and have no patience for anything so got these as my first wheels. They came with 225-55-17 tyres and rubbed my arched over every single small bump, now leaving me with holes in my arches

This was how it looked on the way home from Cruise For Cancer 2012, floating in the clouds =/

Some people lightly tint their back lights, i kinda did a DIY job and went a bit mad with the spray.. They were basically colour coded! (Also threw on a few stickers)

Thats basically how it stayed until by some stroke of luck this happened.

I found someone who just so happened to want rid of his bumpers, this is what they were..

I believe its the Aerostyle kit front bumper with a Pre-Facelift Rear, Delighted! Big improvement on the standard ones in my opinion.

Everything basically stayed like that until..

BOOOOOOOM!

Someone ploughs into the back of me, have to spend a few hours taking everything off for the insurance to take it and repair.

Now no tinted lights or stupid red badges or grills and zero stickers i get it back fixed and clean! Realising that it looks 100x better without all the overload of stickers and vandalism style of painting on badges etc i keep it the way it is and start to like it. Few days later browsing through gumtree and BOOOOM Fr alloys on, 10mins away from me. Straight down and purchased!

This is how it currently sits after everything..

That's nice, reminds me of my old seat, love the way the front looks with the aero kit on, hmm what about getting front grill badge wrapped and chrome covered ? Also yellow fog light tint would set it off

Will look more stealthy IMO, keep up the good work mate !

Mate, 20mm rear spacers needed for sure.. Other than lowering it, and it will look CLASS!! Stealthy

Thank god you came to your senses, re; the tinted lights, stickers and sprayed badges. What about the drums? Still red? I did mine with black hammerite and they help to hide how small/pathetic the rear brakes are..

Looks better now, although I've never been a fan of the Aero front bumper.

Trying to find spacers atm quite expensive for my budgets coilovers wud be nice but still tight on money and lowerig springs never seem to pop up on gumtree lol

Once i get spacers the calipers and drums will be black aswell for the same reason as yours are!
