I've been reading this thread before, suprised I didn't leave a comment.. Anyways, I really like what you did with the interior, black bits look good! And the leather roof is super as well, did you ever get around to do the sunroof cover?

Not so keen on the rear lights though, I think the other way around, with the red bits tinted look better. Or the whole thing more evenly tinted. but thats just me..!

You done with bedding it in now? All well?

Hi mate, yes managed to cover the sunroof shutter, but iam not completely happy with it all cause its got some imperfections and some sagging so iam gonna get it all out again and redo it with better adhesive.

I went with the red\black rear lights as its the theme of my car following on from the red and black FR logo. Interior is all black with red illumination, engine bay is all black and red etc

yes cars bedded in now and running ok. thanks for the comments :D

well iam off now for 6 weeks during the summer holidays (work in a school)

Already fitted a new drivers door control panel for the windows\locking etc, plans are deadlock the drivers door, fit standard roof aerial base (got this big horrid looking gps base for the original seat sat-nav unit that was there), ive already took most the front grills out and coloured coded them, ive black vinyl wrapped the Seat badge, just need to get them all back in, fix the passenger "door open" sensor, refurb and fit the rear LCR calipers, fit the porsche brembo calipers with 330mm discs and ds2500 pads

Why do people do this? I don't see the point....

To make it match the other 3 doors, looks cleaner and smoother and also acts as a theft deterrant, all for £10 so why not do it ???

In the 3 years I've had my Leon I've never needed to put the key in the lock, and there's always a way through the boot if needed.

I wanna do it, because of getting rid of the shiny bit. Key don't fit in the door anyway!!

Looks good M20FES!

Thanks. Do it mate it takes 15 mins to install and cost £10
