Hi has anyone got the spec for a custom built heat shield that i could make?

Heatshields are easy to make, heres mine:

for all the bits needed, including paint and tin snips it cost me less then £25

I got one off eBay but it doesn't match up to the badger 5 tip. The hole is about 2 inches off.

Badger 5 are a company that sponser the site that have a made a 3" TIP. Its bigger and less likely to collapse under load.

Cheers mate, plastics are painted, I smoothed the main engine cover first to remove the little dimples

Its just black high temerature paint
