35!?! Is that all. Can't believe I missed it :(

Ahh yeah, didn't see you were in Ireland. You're right though, it is a silly currency :)

Well I've agreed a price on the coilies so will be fitting those sunday, along with getting it serviced.
Got to love having mechanics as mates!

Well its taken long enough, but I've now finally got them fitted. Had so much trouble getting time at my mates unit, its always so dam full at a weekend :( Eventually we decided to just do it on axle stands, so went off to mates dads warehouse.

Got backs fitted last night, then did fronts this morning. Reason we didn't fit the fronts was we didn't have a 14mm spline bit, and none of my mates had one (to hand), nor did all the shops nearby.

Luckily we found one in halfords number 3, so we got cracking again this morning.

Backs have settled quite a lot overnight, so now the front looks in the air still. But since they came off another ibiza and we didn't change the height etc, they should balance out.

Heres the pics:
In the process of doing fronts:

PS apologies the car is filthy, believe it or not I cleaned it yesterday morning. So much water, grit, slush etc on the roads its now a state again

Just noticed in the pic above, it doesn't actually look much lower than before. Even though we lowered it an extra 15mm ish.

I'll get another when the weather improves!

I like that height a lot! I wouldnt go any lower if i were you, think it looks a bit silly when the arches are lower than the tops of tyres! Looks best when they're sitting about a fingers height above wheels!

Yeah that is the plan just above the tyres :)

Can't decide what I want to do with the front though. Usually have the front sitting a little higher, though could level it if I wanted. But I think I prefer it slightly higher (like it is now).

Thanks mate!

Well they are still yellowy. Don't really get it as the ones I saw in the other thread were quite white! Hmmmm :(

That's dissapointing. I would have bought them but I couldn't because I'm in Ireland and the seller would not reply to my emails.

I orderedsimilar bulbs from a different seller so hopefully they will be whiter.

ps, get some pics up of the lights ;)

The Ultra power bulbs are quite white, it's just when you see them next to HID kits with extreme white and blue tint they look completely different! To be honest they'll never match unless you fit another HID kit to the main beams. I'd just accept the yellowiness to be honest!

I'm liking the mods on this car, nothing too flash, all a bit stealth so far :)

Yeah you're probably right :(

Thanks! That's the plan, standard looking to the non trained eye, then I'm off in a cloud of black smoke :p

Nice to see another sports don't think there's many on hear lol good work

Yeah I know what you mean! Plus everyone swaps for the facelift bumpers too so you never know what is a sport or not. That said, I do much prefer the facelift bumpers, I just don't want to change mine :)

Aye the facelift ones do look much nicer unfortunately for me :p How come you preferred the 16s? Was it just the style of alloy or didn't you like the size/ride?
