I can afford an engine crane, it's that I don't want to have to afford one :D especially if I can borrow one.

Handling wise I've got full kw coil overs and whilst the engine is out and I've got access to the subframe will do the front anti roll bar and rear too.

Looking forward to it.

I've been out there tonight stripping everything back, removed induction system, battery, coils and loom, charge pipe upper boost hoses. Going to get the front end of tomorrow bumper, cross member etc.

Does anybody know if the K04 oil and coolant lines need to be kept in order to attach the GT30 lines to the engine & coolant system?

I know the coolant feed comes from the block, oil feed from the oil filter housing, oil return into the sump but not sure on where to attach the coolant return pipe?

the flow and returns should be to the same points as k04... the lines however wont be anything like the same.

make em up

Just been working out my coolant pipes James and my original turbo coolant line joins to a plastic y piece next to the cambelt cover just upstream of the Expansion tank.
Mine is a LC though, LCR maybe different i think they run a pump to keep coolant circulating round the turbo after the engine has shutdown.

Thanks for the input people, I'm sure it will make a lot more sense when I come to installing it all. Just waiting on the engine back from the builders then I can start piecing it all back in
