Is the SEM a true large port as in for a AGU style head or large as in for the throttle body plate ??

Yes it's a true largeport SEM with 80mm opening and adapter plate for a 75mm DMW throttle body.

Looks like i might be picking up my temporary car this weekend (fingers crossed) been offered a Rover 420 2.0 Turbo Diesel, 55MPG+, 110k, 7 months MOT, just over a months tax £250. Seems like a reasonably cheap car to get me around whilst the leon is in pieces being built.

Waiting on my final bits from INA but should be able to start stripping the car this weekend as long as i've got something else to drive around in. Just as well really with the bad weather coming LCR's are a nightmare in the snow!

I won't be fitting them mate, sending the whole lot to JNL racing to do the build & CNC the head, I don't fancy doing it and risking nearly 5k worth of parts fcuking it up lol. I will be doing the rest of the install myself just not the engine build & bore.

ordered a set of Bosch 750cc EV14 injectors, coupled with a 044 pump @ 3bar should be enough to fuel everything correctly.

The "temporary" car isn't going to happen, going to get myself insured on a mates car whilst this build is being donw that doesn't get used during the week so hopefully MIGHT not need to buy one.

Fingers crossed should have the car in the garage this weekend to start the strip down

Nah, spoke to JNL (engine builder) said it could drop revs too quickly and could fall off the boost curve, so not going to bother.
