16396 Bank 1: Camshaft A (Intake): Advance Setpoint not Reached (Over-Retarded)

What I'd be tempted to do is clear all the codes and see if they come straight back? Do you have an irratic idle? Camshaft sensor is a main contributor to engine timing, and its looking like this sensor may be a root cause and potentially causing the MAF fault and CAT fault. Not sure about the coolant temp, this may be unrelated and these tend to commonly fail on their own.

Thanks for the reply mate,
i had the codes cleared and will see which ones, if any, come back.
i dont have an erratic idle and replaced the maf not long ago.
the cat fault will be downt to the fact im running a decat ;)
i also replaced the coolant temp sensor recently, could these just be old fault codes or would they have cleared themselves when i replaced the faulty parts?
adam.

Once faults are logged, they don't clear themselves, so if not previously cleared, yes they may be old faults logged. An EML on the dash can clear if certain requirements are met, but not a logged fault. Hope that helps.
