had the car replaced by seat uk 
3 months ago, had no problems what so ever with this new boc my old car was completely shafted! needed gearbox, new turbo, everything, the car was a complete duff! so now everything is running sweet in my new car thanks for asking

so i cant really say nothing bad about seat really, they sorted me a brand new car out and were pretty fast at sorting it aswell so its been all good

Apart from the fact that they dicked you about when it was clearly knackered and gave you false information when it was clearly your decision and not theirs as to weather you should reject the car.
