Right,
I know there a plenty of threads on here regarding the issues with the Leons alarm but today I was totally peeved off and had to let it out somewhere.
Alarm goes off at 4am this morning, neighbours knocking on the front door because I didn't hear it, had been going off over an hour (heavy sleeper lol)
Get to work at 8am, goes off again once inside the building, go and get my keys, unlock and lock, as I'm walking back, it goes off again!
Rang SEAT, no one can pick my car up so I have to waste my lunch hour getting it to them, they have it all afternoon and not one phone call, supposed to be picking it up at 5pm, so I ring them and she tells me that the boot latch is faulty and I have a rear tail light out.
Go to pick my car up at 5pm, they said they had the boot latch fault 4 times during testing and he then says to me 'We want you to monitor it'
WTF?!?!, if it's faulty then replace it :S How hard can it be?
If my alarm goes off again tonight, SEAT can have the car until it's fully fixed, I can live with DPF issues, trim issues but I'm not waking my whole street up because they cant be arsed to fix it. So I shall see what happens tonight, I may not even lock the car and just see if it does it at work tomorrow.
Sorry for the rant but I'm very annoyed.
Has anyone else had issues like this with other garages?
